Terms and Conditions

Hate legal jargon? So do we. That’s why we’ve made the world’s first license agreement page that you, as a human, can actually read, but first, here’s our ten commandments.

Video Worship Backgrounds’ 10 Commandments Of Use

  • Thou shall make a copy, backup, or archive of the videos as necessary.
  • Thou shall use the videos in a variety of corporate settings: Worship Services, Bible Studies, Weddings, House Church Meetings, Tent Revivals, Camp Meetings, Easter Sunrise Services, New Year’s Eve Watch Night Services, etc.
  • Thou shall not seek forgiveness easier than permission. Ask us if you have usage questions.
  • Thou shall read the cleverly written license agreement below.
  • Thou shall not use the videos in templates for resale.
  • Thou shall not copy, duplicate, replicate, or re-master the videos in any way.
  • Thou shall not broadcast the content over TV, radio, newspaper, shortwave, pony express, microwave, infrared, terahertz radiation, sneakernet, or chain letters.
  • Thou shall not provide the videos in downloadable format on the internet or use the videos on a website (it might clog up the tubes).
  • Thou shall not repackage the videos with any other collection of media products for distribution or resale.
  • Thou shall tell thine friends about the videos that it may be well with thee.

License Agreement

This is a license, not a sale. We continue to own the intellectual property rights in the video. All videos are copyright 2010 by Friendly Human Productions LLC. Your site license allows you to use them high and low at a single church campus. We see a church campus as a building or set of buildings contiguous to a single address. Use them in the main auditorium. Use them in the youth room. Use them in a second auditorium. Use them in the bathrooms for all we care. And if your students meet across the street, that’s ok too.

We do ask that if you have a second campus, say in another part of town or something, go ahead and grab a second license. It’s not like we’ve made them expensive by anyone’s definition. Also, unlike much of our competition, we’re such big fans of live-streaming internet campuses that they get a free pass and are totally covered in your site license. In fact, if you send us an email, we’ll probably watch your service.

One thing that isn’t covered by this license is if you ever want to use them as stock video (say using the video in a title package that will be sold as part of a DVD sermon series or in a TV commercial). Think anything that will leave your church campus. We do sell the clips individually for such purposes at reasonable rates. Contact us via our contact form or email us if you want more information.
